Organizational Development
Organization Development (OD) issued in developing strategies and plans that will change and improve people, processes, and performance in organizations. An effective OD plan minimizes negative effects and maximizes your organization’s potential. However, creating and implementing change requires rigorous effort. This course will teach you the different concepts, theories and skills needed to successful execute plans and strategies that will greatly benefit the organization.

The course will utilize lectures with visual presentation. Participants will also undergo practical exercises like simulation activities or workshops to enhance their learning.
