About Joedy Liza Cruel

She is a Masteral degree holder in Business Administration (MBA) from the De La Salle University, and is one of the most sought-after lecturers of the International Academy for Continuous Education for Financial Management and other management- related trainings.

At an early age of 21, she was able to take part in the success of the country’s report (Philippines) in finance. The following year, she became one of the youngest research associate working for an international organization, to which she worked at for two years. For almost seventeen (17) years, she has been devoted in the management, production, labor, and supply chain management sector. Her hard work and dedication assured the people she worked with that she will be a good leader, thus, she became the President of the Hylo Design and Manufacturing, Inc. from 2013 to 2016. She also was the President of the Chamonde Corporation from 2007 to 2012. In 2011, during her term as President and also serving as Board of Director at Rizal Exporters Manufacturer’s Association (REMAI), the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) awarded her with the SME Expert Elite Award, an award that attests to excellence in the said industry.

She is affiliated with the Entrepreneurship Educators Association of the Philippines, Inc. (ENEDA) as a Lifetime Member, and is a member of the Junior Chamber International (JCI) Fort Bonifacio Taguig City Chapter (JCI FBTC) to which she served as the 2014 International Director. Her participation during the “Engaging Asia: Collaboration and Competition” Harvard Project Asian International Relations (HPAIR) Business Conference held on August 24th-26 2007 in Hong Kong further strengthened her international relations and connections. She has been in the academe for more than seven years, specifically in the College of Business and is presently a Senior lecturer for Entrepreneurship Financial Management, Production and Operations for Start-Ups and SME, Management 101, Family Business Management, Strategic Management, and Culinary Operations and Management.
