Jerwyn Gutierrez Fernandez, MIT

Mr. Fernandez is the president of OnStrike Library Solutions, a company that caters to various institutions across the country, providing them with expert technical support from its team of professional Information Technology (IT) experts. He has a Master’s degree in Information Technology from Asia Pacific College and a Bachelor of Library and Information Science degree from University of Santo Tomas Manila (UST). An experienced librarian, he has worked for three educational institutions in the past. He is also a member of many local associations, including the Philippine Association of Academic/Research Librarians (PAARL) and Philippine Librarians Associations Inc. (PLAI).
