Dr. Ricardo CH. Costes, D.P.B.A., FPSQua

Dr. Costes is a diplomat of the Philippine Board of Anesthesiologist and is currently Hospital Administration Quality Management Consultant of the Quezon City General Hospital. He graduated from the UST Faculty of Medicine and Surgery, the oldest medical school in the Philippines. He is an Ateneo Graduate School for Business MHA degree holder. He was the Past Governor of the Philippine Medical Association and Past President for Quezon City Medical Society.

He also served as an Auditor /Surveyor of the Philippine Council for Accreditation Health Organization (PCAHO) for Medical Clinics OFW; Medical Tourism; (QuaSIP) Quality Safety Improvement Program (PSQua) and is currently the Vice-Chairman Committee on Standards; Evaluation Committee of the PCAHO since 2008.  His passion for educating and teaching reflects on the fact that he is also a Facilitator / Trainer / Lecturer for the PSQua and PCAHO.
