Ms Arlene Garcia Pallasigue graduated with the degree of Bachelor of Secondary Education Major in Computer Technology Education and Minor in History Education from the University of Santo Tomas, Espaňa, Manila.
She took up trainings in MICROCADD Technologies Co., Inc. for Movie Creation and Editing with Adobe Premiere and Adobe After Effects, TESDA ORACLE Training Informatics Computer Institute, TESDA LSI Nihonggo Language Training and Studies, and Autocad Certification Training and Studies Network Administration Training.
