Driving Team Performance through Coaching

A leader plays a vital role in employee development, and depending on the impact of the intervention, he/she can make or break their employees’ engagement, which would in turn affect their work performance. This course explores how to drive team performance through coaching. It explores the process of coaching, the roadblocks along the way, the drivers of team performance, among others.
