Developing Social Housing Projects
There are many cities or countries that are performing economically well but lack affordable and sustainable houses, particularly for the marginalized sectors. The course aims to teach students the importance of social housing projects to contribute in the better living conditions and lives affected by poor housing conditions and environment.
- Understand the importance of social housing objects
- Partner with the right investors and/or organization to implement housing projects
- Identify the people who will benefit the most through housing projects
The course will utilize lectures with presentations and interactive class discussion. Trainees will also be encouraged to brainstorm ideas during seat works/activities.
