Creative Mindset and Innovation Process for Leaders
Having an innovative mindset means being able to generate creative or novel solutions to problems that result in improved performance. This practical course will provide managers and specialists with a range of simple creative thinking techniques that they can use to generate ideas and solve problems at work. Real life work problems and opportunities can be built into the workshop, enabling participants to leave with some ideas and potential solutions that can be implemented at work.
- Generate actionable business opportunities (i.e. new products/services, marketing strategies);
- Develop the knowledge, attitude, and skills to create new business objectives and insights in order to formulate ideas and solutions; and
- Appreciate the processes of successful innovators, creative practitioners, and entrepreneurs
- Apply the methods and tools to generate ideas for improving areas of their own work
The course will utilize lectures with presentations and interactive class discussion. Trainees will also analyze case studies with the supervision of the trainer.
