All jobs involve some sort of pressure. It is usually the drives us or motivates us to work harder. However, sometimes excessive pressure can lead to stress. And stress can negatively affect the workflow of any person. It can reduce productivity and throw off work operations. Through this training, students will learn how to effective manage their stress. They assess themselves to identify what causes their stress and develop a stress management plan to avoid, lessen, or control stress in your work life or even in your personal life.
