About Marichel B. Rian
Ms. Rian has more than 15 years of solid IT experience with strong background on pre-sales, operations and service delivery/engagements of various IT services which include Systems Integration, Software Development, and Application Maintenance (Level 1, 2 and 3 production support).
She obtained her Masters in Information Technology from the De la Salle University Professional School in Taft Avenue, Manila. She was also a graduate of Bachelor of Arts Major in Psychology & Human Resources Development March from Colegio de San Lorenzo in Quezon City.She also took trainings both locally and abroad — BPO Planning – Philippines, Australia, China & Malaysia NCS Hub, Singapore in November 2011 and the following year, took a Strategic Business Planning for Philippine Market Union Community in Seoul, Korea. She also took Product Training of Biometrics Technology & Time & Attendance Application. Ms Marichel has a strong HRIS domain expertise with consulting portfolio and HRIS implementation from different industries.
