Erwin is a successful and a longtime advocate of the BPO industry. He graduated with the degree of Bachelor of Arts major in Political Science from the Centro Escolar University, Mendiola Manila. His Career started as early as 2004, he was able to champion different positions and spearheaded different programs within several companies he has worked with and for. A strong and all around leader/manager for the BPO industry and handled positions of being a Team Supervisor, Unit Manager, Project Manager, Senior Partner, Knowledge & Collaboration Manager, and JuniorConsultant at Pepper & Rogers Consultancy. His previous position was a Telco & Media Manager for Knowledge & Collaboration in the BPO Industry. He is a dynamic, outstanding and an entrepreneurial individual who currently is a shareholder/part-owner of a company he previously worked for (RNG $23.01.), having a strong track record and a significant amount of achievements in the industry over his years of experience. Over the last 12 years, He has worked with different organizations related to All Channel Sales, Customer Service, Banking & Finance, Telecommunications, Media/Advertising, Industrial Marketing, and Small to medium scaled Profit & Non- Profit Organizations like Philippine Jaycees Incorporated JCIP (Quezon City) and other professional clients.
